Warm Up:- 16 Squats
- 16 Superman
- 16 Bridges
- 16 Push Ups
- 16 ps Split Squats
2 RFT
* Do 20 reps of each exercise the first round, then take a 2 minute break, and do 16 reps of each exercise. 30 minute time cap.

14. Plate Ground to Overhead
15. Reverse Hollow Rock or Superman
