Partner Chipper
With a partner, complete the total reps for each exercise, between the two of you. You must complete the reps for each exercise before moving onto the next one. Only one person can be working at a time.

50 Burpees

50 Skips / 25 Double Unders
5 Push Ups with Extension
5 ps Side Plank Reach Under
